What i eat aka my food journal


Actually i already started my food journal since last year so that i can keep track on what i eat...But never last long..now maybe i should sometimes keep my food journal in this blog..Hehe..tau melantak je..

Yesterday i ate 5 wheetameal crackers and milo 'O' without sugar for my breakfast and it took about 250 calories (actually should not more than 200) and Nasi Ayam Grilled Blackpaper and lime juice for my lunch (+-850 calories). For my dinner i ate mee sup with egg (+- 550 cal) and i ate 6 pcs rice crackers (135 cal). So total of my calories intake for yersterday is about 1785 cal. Huhuhu..really big amount of calories intake haaaaa.....It is not recommended for people whom want to lose weight especially me...I require a total of 1607 Calories per day and it seems i consume more than i need.



BMR or basal metabolic rate (metabolism), is the energy (measured in calories) expended by the body at rest to maintain normal bodily functionste of energy consumption, just to keep your breathing, circulation and metabolism ticking over. So guys, why don't we measured and know our own BMR...

My New Objective

This week is my third class conducting an aerobic class. It has been an exciting experience and all my nerves impulses have trigger me so much to do the best in this area. I have known fitness industry especially in aerobics during my working experience at National Fitness Council since 2006. At the earlier stage i begun to know what was aerobic dance is all about and started to knew and meet people whom involved in this area.After that i started joining aerobic class at KBS gym and other class. But what was really disappointed me very much was i don't have the guts and enough time to joined the aerobic courses even though it is me (my department) whom run the courses especially at national level. After i quit from NFC, i think almost 6 months after that i work with Mr Yazid, i joined the Kursus Asas Senamrobik Instruktur Kecergasan NFC in June 2009 at International Youth Center, Kuala Lumpur. From there, i've started to learn from basic. So, my objective now is learn better and be a better person..

Handball?

"Anne, main sukan ape? aku pon jawab, main netball dengan handball..Handball?Handball tu sukan macamane? Aku jawab lagi...Ala dia campor main macam basketball n football...gol post macam futsal..Ooooo...jawab hamba Allah ni".
...barula diorang recall balik...bukannye sukan ni x best cume x popular macam netball and bola sepak je....Aku dah main netball start dari aku sekolah rendah lagi sampailah masuk universiti..boleh dikatakan income aku mase skolah dulu datangnye dari netball..join Remaja MBPJ every week mesti ada game and kalu balik mesti ada habuan sebab kebanyakan game kitorang menang..x no. satu no.2...paling kurang pon saguhatilah...sampailah masuk universiti...Tapi aku rasa macam ada yang kurang dalam netball...something x kene dengan jiwa aku ni yang brutal lah jugak.
Di UPM, join Masum team handball...Hmm...Kak Haya ni keje kat Pusat Sukan..dia banyak tolong aku improve skill masa men handball..Kalu Masum je mesti lawan UiTm..musuh tradisi...Hahaha..tapi yang bestnye kitorang ni masa tengah main je lawan...tapi luar smua kawan baik...seronok...X boleh lupa.kenangan beb...
Kenangan yang aku paling x lupa...dapat represent Malaysia ke Sea Games, Korat Thailand tahun 2007. Even our team still new banyak benda yang kitorang blajar termasuk dapat kawan dan kita juga kenal akhirnya siapa kawan dan lawan.
Bermain handball ni jadik satu kepuasan untuk aku sebab aku boleh express diri aku dan bebas bergerak..Yang paling puas bila kita dapat buat jaringan dan bantu kawan-kawan dalam team buat jaringan...Kalau main handball ni banyak kena develop individual skill dulu...Kalau individual skill x de, memang x boleh nak main bak kata orang.
Perkara yang paling menyedihkan aku ialah bila aku dapat kecederaan di lutut (MCL)...Rasa macam dah putus harapan tapi sebab seumur hidup kita bersukan...tup...tup berenti...Sekarang ni dah hampir dua tahun...lutut aku pun dah semakin recover, insyaallah boleh main lagi tapi setakat mana yang mampu sajalah...Nak buat macamane dah nasib...Aku ada upload some of the pict video with my teamates...sorylah buat biasa2 je...x nak spend masa lame sangat...Enjoy...

Apa akan jadik..kalau

Ambil pada tahun 2008 di Kuala Perlis, Perlis. Cantik pemandangan.....
Mana satu yang nak buat ni? Mane satu yang sesuai dengan aku? Apa akan jadik nanti kalau aku bukak bisnes? Hmmm...sekarang ni tengah fikir nak buat bisness..biar kecik tapi asalkan boleh datang kan untung and menjana kewangan kita...bukannye x cukup...ishh2..memang x cukup nk shopping..sekali pegi midvalley terbeliak bijik mate nengok barang ck, guess, bodyshop, perfume lah, baju lah, kasutlah...tujuan nak buat bisnes sebab nak shopping...x baik betol niat...yang ada ni ok lah boleh lah buat topup mane2 tapi nk lagi...Start keje dengan abang Yazid ni, nampak dia punye kesungguhan n ketabahan dia dalam bisness memang salute...nak jadi macm dia kalu boleh..ada vision n mission tersendiri..Cikgu nad kata nak bukak stall burger, nak hired anak murid dia jaga...nak bukak stall buah jambu lah..macam2..
Hmmm atur langkah nak buat bisness baru..Perkara-perkara ni yang aku rasa mesti aku ambil kira if nak start new bisnes.
  1. Pertama kita nk kene tau samada bisnes yang kita nak buat ni betul-betul bisnes ataupun sekadar hobi. Samada kita nk buat partime or fulltime.
  2. Planning..planning...planning...Apa kita punya planning bisnes ni jangka masa pendek ke panjang...
  3. Apa jenis bisnes yang nk kita join
  4. Analisa kita punya market produk
  5. Lokasi bisness strategik ke tidak
  6. Sape targer customer kita
  7. Sumber bahan mentah kene ambil kira jugak..kat mane boleh kita boleh cari dengan harga murah n berkualiti.

Apa yang penting mintak nasihat daripada family and kawan2. Tanya apa pendapat they all yang ada experience and consider all this..Kesungguhan dan konsisten dalam melakukan sesuatu adalah yang paling penting.Moga-moga apa yang kita lakukan diberkati Allah S.W.T. Insyaallah

things that migraine common trigger

I ada baca one article from health i-village that stated there are 10 common things may trigger migraine. It's simply catch my attention because i ada migraine and i think this article really will help me dealing with it.


Food trigger
Satu atau lebih daripada senarai makanan ini boleh menyebabkan migraine, so watch out this list of foods:-

Aged cheeses, bananas, figs, raisins, beer, wine, hard liquor, red wine, dairy products (ice cream/milk/yogurt, cheese, Sour cream), fermented and pickled products, citrus fruits, papaya, passion fruit, red plums, seasoned salt, soy sauce, MSG, avocadoes, chocolate, lentils, nuts, peanuts and peanut butter, onions, pea pods, lima bean pods, nitrite containing meats and processed meats, saccharin/aspartame (diet sodas), sulfites in shrimp and processed potatoes, yeast containing products (donuts, breads).


Be careful with caffeine (Familiar right?)


Minum atau makan makanan yang mempunyai kafein boleh menyebabkan migrain. So be extra careful with diet sodas, teas, chocolate, and supplements, especially weight loss supplements.


Monitor your meds


Any medication that can dilates blood vessels like hydralazine or loniten, can also trigger a migraine. Other medications that may act as a trigger include: Cimetidine, fenfluramine, indomethacin, nitroglycerine, nifedipine, theophylline, Reserpine-containing drugs and estrogen in hormone replacement therapy or birth control pills.

Talk to your doctor if you are taking one of these medications and you think it's causing migraines. He can suggest other medications with a similar therapeutic action that are less likely to instigate an attack.


Changes in emotions and stress

Perubahan pada mood dan tekanan akan menyebabkan dan meransang migrain. Contohnya tekanan masa, kehilangan, marah dan konflik. Sebagai umat Islam solat dan mengambil wudhu adalah salah satu cara mengurangkan perasaan marah dan tekanan..InsyaAllah..

Walaubagaimanapun, perubahan emosi yang melampau seperti terlalu gembira pun boleh menyebabkan migrain.

Hahaha...First time jadik back up senamrobik with my boss abang Yazid at Dataran Shah Alam. This morning i bangun siap2 macam x nk pergi pon ada..takot...tapi pg jugaklah sebab nk carik experience..mula2 dia soh wat warm up tapi im still not ready yet..baru abis exam...so otak pon kelam kelibut...buat dalam sejam tu macam nk tercabut nyawa maklumlah dah lame x workout especially cardio...but a little bit dissapointed sebab x sempat tangkap gambar....ok...next time i put pict...
