Almost 5 years i haven't been at this weight...Thanks to Allah had given me the chance to lose weight and be healthy..Macam i cakap dulu, "Bukan senang nak senang, bukan susah nak susah"..So, there is no easy way to lose almost 15kg..Alhamdulillah....

Actually i haven't done the actual plan for my weight lose, just doing cardio exercise such as aerobics, jogging , cycling and weight training but it was not specific and not very well planned. Hmm susah nak plan because of my work schedule and other freelance work..Usually this is my training and i am really focusing on my lower body especially my quadriceps, hamstring and gluteus to improve my knee from last injury which was MCL:-


Monday
- conducting aerobic class at KBS Gymnasium (1 hour)
- Weight training with high reps - Legs, Abdominals & Lower back

Tuesday
- Jogging on treadmill for at least 20mins with 8 - 12 speed.
- Weight training with high reps - Shoulder, chest, Biceps, Triceps, Upper back

Wednesday
- conducting aerobic class at SME Corp (1 hour)

Thursday
- Conducting aerobic class at Joyfit (1 hour)

Friday
- Rest

Saturday
- teaching Aerobic Kokurikulum at UPSI, Perak (Not much exercise, just teaching)
- Conducting aerobic or step aerobic class at Joyfit

Sunday
- conducting aerobic class at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam (1 hour)

So, as u can see my exercise is more focus on cardio and my body already adapt to that training..I wish i got more time to do weight training..Very tiring but i am addicted!!
