MASUM 2010- USIM, NILAI 23-30 MAY 2010

Today is the last day of MASUM Sports Carnival Phase 2 at Usim, Nilai starting 23rd of May. It has been great experience with UPM women's handball team for this year. This was my second year coaching this team..A little bit disappointing for this year performance than last year. We lost to UiTM and UMT and fail to proceed to second round. For me, i have fail as a coach but athletes factor is a very crucial for women's team. There were not enough athletes that are capable and talented in my team...In my opinion, there is no proper selection for handball athletes at UPM and what makes me very sad that there was no inter college game for handball to select the player..Hmm very sad and angryyyyy!!!!. UPM need to do something...save UPM dignity!

2.4 KM run

Today i woke up early!!!

Rasa macam mata ni ada gam UHU. Pukul 5.30 jam loceng pertama dah berbunyi.......5.40 am yang kedua pulak...aduhhhhh...Ok-ok come on Natrah u can do it...Just bring your body up and feel the morning air...hehhee sebenarnya x de air pon...malam tadi panas nak mampus sampai ke pagi aku tidur berpeluh-peluh.Bila la nak pasang aircond ni? Hmm...Memandangkan nak tolong Kak Belinda buat test untuk Cybersecurity...Here i come 2.4km test...hehehe tapi bukan aku yang lari..Tabik spring kepada Cybersecurity, their sports club organize this program to encourage their staff to lose weight in 5 months.For those whom succeed will received RM3,000 prize..But i dont know what the prize is, they just mentioned that the prize worth RM3k..WOW...best kan? Lose weight with healthy diet and exercise regime.

"Bukan senang nak senang...Bukan susah nak susah". Bukan senang nak menguruskan badan ni kalau diri sendiri tak berusaha dan mental mesti kuat dan jikalau usaha dilakukan akhirnya kita akan senang di kemudian hari..Bila dah kurus, penyakit pon dah berkurang bukan x ada langsung tapi risikonya berkurang, hidup pon senang!

Kalau nak susah di kemudian hari pon boleh...X payah buat apa2..makanlah sesuka hati x payah bersenam,pastu badan gemuk dan kita akan dapat susah nanti sayang oooiiii...

Saya ni nak menasihati diri sendiri..pernah kurus dan pernah gemuk..Sekarang ni masih lagi nak mengurangkan berat badan..lagi 10 kg kalau bagi sedentary life style people" tapi kalau hari-hari exercise or dalam erti kata lain athletic people nak kena kurangkan lagi 1.2kg.
